I couldn't find the case on PACER at https://pacer.login.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/login.pl?court_id=03ca looking for "Chase" and then "Funding", but the case # 04-4355 worked.

The case summary as of 12/22/05:

http://creditlitigation.org/CapitalFunding/12-22-05-CA-case-summary-CapitalFunding.htm

The full docket as of 11/24/05 [updated once a month]:

http://creditlitigation.org/CapitalFunding/11-24-05-CA-full-docket-CapitalFunding.htm

"11/21/05 CALENDARED for Thursday, February 2, 2006."

It truly sucks that they filed the briefs electronically, but they're NOT on PACER. I already have well of $1,000 worth of filings ordered from the courts at 50c/page from various cases, but scanning and posting them is just so time consuming and having the filings in boxes "somewhere" is not useful. Especially not for you.

5/11/06 checked the docket:

2/2/06 SUBMITTED Thursday, February 2, 2006 Coram: McKee, Smith and Van Antwerpen, Circuit Judges. (clr)
