I got this from one of the exhibits submitted by Experian in another case. The contract was from 1999 with Merchant Information Solutions dba Credit Data Southwest (CDS) and everything is marked "highly confidential", but I guess since they terminated the contract with MIS in 2003, they don't care about it being on the public record anymore.

Equifax currently charges up to $7 per FICO score to consumers.
