The contributor / subscriber section of this forum contains my research. With several federal and state court suits, I found that this forum software is best suited to organizing cases I follow and other research. I still have boxes with filings from important cases to scan and post and as most federal courts require electronic filing, I have been downloading and posting many filings.

I am restricting access to the contributor / subscriber section for two reasons:

1) I see no need to share my work with my defendants.

2) In over 10 years of web publishing, I learned the hard way that most people are freeloaders and will only TAKE - but never give.

Posting your PROBLEMS is not a contribution, posting your case and your research is.
